Employment Law

Haleys Solicitors successfully represented an employee with adult-diagnosed ADHD in an Employment Tribunal claim for failure to make reasonable adjustments. The employer was found in breach of the Equality Act 2010 after disciplinary procedures failed to consider the claimant’s disability.

The Tribunal found that the employer ignored recommendations under the Access to Work scheme and breached Section 20 of the Equality Act. Damages were awarded for injury to feelings and loss of earnings.

Why Haleys Solicitors?

We represent both employees and employers in landmark employment law cases. Our reputation for handling discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE matters is backed by regulatory precision and courtroom results.
